In this role, she is responsible for driving innovation capabilities to enable a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the company. Through partnership with the business, Deb helps shape priorities, connect with external innovations and lead business development and investment opportunities to bring new ideas into practice that complement Pfizer’s core pharmaceuticals business. She holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Columbia University. She lives in NY, NY with her husband and son.
John R. Harris is a senior partner in the Technology/Intellectual Property Practice of Morris, Manning, & Martin, LLP, and a registered patent attorney. For 35 years, Mr. Harris has advised clients in the electronics, manufacturing, medical devices, financial services, software, computer, and Internet industries on intellectual property and other technology-related legal matters. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech, Emory Law School, and the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Marcelo Lemos, COO & EVP Strategy, e-Zassi. Marcelo provides day-to-day and long range leadership to e-Zassi’s operations and strategy. Prior to e-Zassi, Lemos worked over 20 years at Dassault Systemes where he served in multiple senior executive positions, pioneered industry transformations, such as the Product Lifecycle Management, and lead 3D virtualization into the new product development processes. He holds a BS in aeronautical engineering, a MBA, and completed graduate studies on International Business. Marcelo is a lifelong proponent of innovation and collaboration as core pillars for achieving economic, environmental and social sustainability. He is married and has a wonderful son.
