About the presenters

Scott Millward, Ph.D. Chief Learning Officer, Farmers Insurance

Scott Millward joined the University of Farmers in 2013 to lead the Learning and Organization Development practice. He was promoted to Chief Learning Officer in 2015. Scott’s innovative approach to talent development draws from career experiences in academics, the entertainment industry and insurance. Scott began his career as an academic researcher and human factors engineer at the University of Southern California, where he earned his Doctorate in Communication Studies. He is also the former VP for Learning and OD at Warner Bros. and Fox Networks Group, where his teams drove successful projects to identify and drive the behaviors needed to execute on business strategy.

Anthony Ferrier, CEO, Culturevate and Innovation Author
