Simon Middleton has 30 years’ international “people agenda” experience in the blue-chip multi-nationals of Hewlett-Packard, Philip Morris, PwC and, more latterly, the Lufthansa Services Group where he was Head of HR. He is one of the founders of Watershed Entrepreneurs who offer a world class development experience for young people to ignite their innovative commercial ideas.
